Your Responsibilities
As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with employee relations, HR administration, and ensuring smooth hospital operations. Your duties will include working closely with managers and staff to provide guidance on HR processes and contribute to a positive workplace culture. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a healthcare setting.

Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need 2 or more years of administration experience in an organization of scale. Your knowledge of implementing Te Tiriti o Waitangi in action is essential, as well as your ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively with our recruitment and payroll teams. A moderate level of fitness to walk around the hospital grounds is also required.
