The company is looking for a highly skilled and energetic Sales Associate to join our Auckland team. The role requires a strong passion for luxury fashion and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • As a Sales Associate, you will be a key member of our sales team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.
  • Full availability is required as it will work on a rotational roster.
  • Exceptional sales techniques to drive sales.
  • Sound fashion retail experience.
  • Must have a 'can do' attitude and confidence in working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as autonomously.
  • Motivated and exceptionally organised.
  • Speaking Mandarin would be an advantage, though not a requirement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the luxury fashion industry, ideally with sales or cashiering experience.
  • Experience working towards sales targets and KPIs.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • High energy level with a positive approach to job responsibilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours/shifts, including weekends.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • NZ Residency or Citizenship.
