The Role

  • Provide exceptional customer service in-store with premium products
  • Work collaboratively with a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
  • Process large volumes of stock
  • Pick and pack click-and-dispatch orders
  • Maintain the in-store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
  • A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience
  • A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
