EF Education First Gruppe is looking for a dynamic and qualified Director of Studies to manage our Academic Department.

The successful candidate will lead the Academic department by implementing the current EF curriculum, while also managing changes and improvement to our academic programs.

  • Responsibilities include providing overall leadership and management of the entire Academic Department.
  • Liaising with Regional Academic management in implementing academic programs and overseeing logistical processes.
  • Developing new academic content for specialized classes and programs in collaboration with the Academic team.
  • Maintaining compliance with school accreditation and EF policies and procedures.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in English, Linguistics, Education or related field, or DELTA/Dip-TESOL certified.
  • At least 5 years' experience teaching English as a foreign language to international students.
  • A proven track record in academic management.
  • Familiarity with international language schools and their operations.
  • An ability to work under pressure to deadlines and be highly organized.
  • Possess a friendly and approachable manner, being sensitive to cross-cultural mindsets.
