Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Palmerston North, New Zealand. The successful candidate will provide mental health services to children and adolescents with eating disorders.
">">Responsibilities:
">- Provide specialist assessments and treatments to children, adolescents, and their families.
- Develop treatment programs and facilitate Whanau meetings and family interventions.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and provide triage to clients in crisis.
Requirements:
">- At least three to five years of post-license training and experience in child and adolescent mental health settings.
- Experience working with eating disorders and knowledge of child psychology and development.
- Case management and commitment to consumer-focused care and recovery.
- Eligible for registration as a New Zealand Psychologist with a clinical scope.
Benefits:
">- Four weeks annual leave per annum.
- Eleven paid public holidays per annum.
- Around $2,500 for Continuing Medical Education (CME) per year.
