About the Job: As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing assistance to individuals in developing their independence and acquiring skills for daily living.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with public transportation, employment, finances, and meal preparation
  • Work flexible shifts, including weekends and sleepover shifts
  • Use computers and tablets daily with confidence and proficiency
  • Develop strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Be physically fit to provide necessary physical support

Requirements:

  • No prior experience in the health and disability sector is necessary, but a strong desire to pursue a career as a Support Worker with a positive attitude is highly valued
  • Full training and orientation will be provided to individuals who demonstrate enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
