Job Description
As a Te Kaika Wellbeing Hub Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our communities. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the effective functioning of Te Kaika Wellbeing Hub and the Health New Zealand services
  • Ensuring that administration and service standards are met and complaints are resolved
  • Establishing and developing relationships with key stakeholders and being the liaison for Health NZ for the day-to-day Southern operations at Te Kaika
  • Referral loading, wait listing, and booking of patients for outpatient clinics for Outpatient Services

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Three or more years of administration experience
  • Experience implementing Te Tiriti o Waitangi
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated and organized
  • Able to work independently as well as leading a team
