About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner. In this role, you will work closely with our clinical and clinical support staff to develop our workforce, people, and culture in line with Health New Zealand's goal of achieving the health targets.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with line managers at all levels, our wider staff, and external stakeholders to deliver effective HR solutions.
  • Work with our national team on key programmes and projects, including employee life cycle management using our complete range of employment frameworks.
  • Provide guidance and advice to leaders on HR matters, focusing on Employment Relations, Organisational Development, and Change Management.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have a Tertiary Diploma or Degree in management, human resources management, law, or organisational development, along with 5+ years of experience in providing HR partnering and advice to leaders.

You will also need strong written and oral communication skills, including professional business writing, and be able to navigate complex situations while helping others and seeking input.
