About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in Ward 2A. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly disposition, and the ability to work effectively with elderly patients.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Providing direct care to patients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Maintaining accurate records of patient care and progress.
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you will possess a National Certificate in Support of the Older Person (level 3) or a National Certificate in Community Support Services (level 3). You will also be willing to work towards the HCA Merit Level 2.
