The Job

We are searching for an accomplished Hydraulic Fitting Expert to join our team.

Expertise in plasma and profile cutters is highly valued.

This role involves contributing to the design, manufacture, and maintenance of high-performance mechanical systems.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manufacture and assemble high-precision mechanical components based on engineering drawings.
  • Utilize advanced welding techniques (MIG, TIG, arc) for assembly and repairs.
  • Perform hydraulic fitting and CNC/conventional machining tasks.
  • Carry out general manufacturing duties like fitting, keywaying, and welding.
  • Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems for optimal machine operation.
  • Implement preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet project specifications and requirements.
  • Evaluate and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.

Requirements

A trade certificate in Fitting/Turning is mandatory.

Familiarity with ISO 9001 manufacturing practices is crucial.

At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment are necessary.
