Stantec's commitment to excellence and growth has led us to seek a Water Infrastructure Technology Lead to join our team in New Zealand. This role will cover the full spectrum of adoption, from supporting and standardising the use of CAD and BIM tools to promoting design automation, reality capture, and visualisation through virtual reality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Digital Engineering and experience with a range of CAD/Digital Engineering tools. They will be responsible for leading the implementation of Digital Engineering strategies across Water NZ, performing BIM Delivery Lead on major water services engineering design projects, and providing leadership on key projects and strategic pursuits.

We are looking for someone who can mentor and coach Digital Engineering practitioners, drive skill development and growth objectives, and work with project teams to ensure appropriate resourcing and technical expertise. The successful candidate will also share best practices across Water NZ and collaborate with other business lines.
