The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Streetlight Supervisor to take on a new challenge in a supportive and dynamic environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of streetlight projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Leading a Team: Supervise and coordinate the streetlight team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
  • Project Delivery: Plan, schedule, and allocate resources for streetlight construction, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Customer Service: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high-quality service and technical support.

What You'll Need

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in streetlight or electrical work, with some experience in a supervisory role.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with streetlight systems, electrical distribution (up to 33kV), and relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage a team with a focus on performance, safety, and development.
  • Customer-Focused: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
