  • Maintaining and enhancing the quality, compliance, and efficiency of business processes within Financial Crime Operations.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational performance, risk management, and regulatory adherence.
  • Ensuring consistency in service delivery by maintaining quality assurance frameworks and best practices.
  • Identifying and escalating risk management and conduct issues, proposing areas for improvement.
  • Leading and developing a high-performing QA team to ensure accurate and timely reviews, promoting a culture of compliance.
  • Driving process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance financial crime detection and prevention.
  • Fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration in all QA activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quality assurance, internal audit, or risk management, with progressive leadership responsibilities.
  • Deep understanding of Financial Crime Operations, risk management methodologies, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
  • Solid change management experience and the ability to implement process improvements smoothly.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in quality assurance frameworks and a keen attention to detail.
  • Preferred experience with data analysis tools and reporting platforms.
