Your Role

As a Sales Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert advice on pet care and products
  • Suggesting educational toys and other relevant products
  • Lifting heavy items, such as bags of dog food (up to 20kg)

What We Look For

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in a customer-facing role (retail experience preferred)
  • Physically able to lift stock (up to 20kg)
  • Flexible and able to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
