About the Role: As Chief Project Director, you will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating projects to ensure successful delivery. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, and client relationships. You will also lead projects and interact with clients, using your personality and expertise to inspire confidence and trust.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver fitouts and larger building refurbishment projects
  • Coordinate and facilitate project activities to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements:

  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Advanced knowledge and significant experience in the construction/fitout industry
  • Sound knowledge of contracts and construction law
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
