Job Description

You will be working within the Pacific and Development Group, which leads an integrated approach to New Zealand's diplomatic and development engagement with Pacific countries and is responsible for the implementation of the New Zealand Aid Programme globally.

As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for transitioning our Programme and Activity Management System from an older on-premise version to a new cloud product. This requires strong project management skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience as a change manager, proven experience in developing and maintaining relationships, and experience in successfully deploying process and system changes in a complex and changing environment.
