Working at Pathways
You will be part of a friendly and culturally diverse team of Registered Health Professionals and Support Workers, united by a shared purpose of supporting individuals experiencing mental distress. As a Support Worker, you will report directly to a Team Coach and contribute to creating a supportive environment that encourages growth and recovery.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A strong commitment to the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the primary care sector
- The ability to hold a NZ full driver's license and obtain a current first aid certificate (if not already held)
- The New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing or an equivalent recognized qualification
- Support Worker experience or similar
