Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Operations Director to lead and manage the logistics function at adidas, focusing on streamlining communication processes with different stakeholders and designing tactical solutions for enhanced availability.

Main Accountabilities:
  • Drive Market, Pacific and/or APAC projects including, but not limited to, Inventory initiatives, Continuous improvement and Process improvement.
  • Manage the warehouse capacity forecast in partnership with 3PL and lead meetings with the Markets and the warehouse management team to determine priorities to optimize staffing requirements of warehouse.
  • Collaborate with PAC SCM team to implement SCM blueprint in the market.

The ideal candidate will have a university degree (ideally industrial engineering) or equivalent education required, with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in the consumer goods industry.
