Key Responsibilities:
  • Call existing clients about current career opportunities
  • Manage client relationships through CRM systems
  • Source additional leads to drive sales growth

Ideal candidates will have the following attributes:

  • Experience in outbound calling and telemarketing
  • Prior experience in recruitment or sales (preferred)
  • Self-motivation and dedication to tasks
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills

This role is suitable for someone who can manage their time effectively and is not afraid to make outgoing calls. The majority of the role involves daily outbound calls (80%). Candidates with excellent time management skills will thrive in this environment.
