Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a well-maintained portfolio of residential properties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners and tenants
• Conduct property inspections – routine, entry, and exit
• Organize and oversee maintenance requests, quotes, and work orders
• Collaborate with our Letting Agent to market properties and fill vacancies
• Screen applicants, negotiate terms and agreements, and ensure compliance
• Support the Business Development Manager with appraisals and onboarding new properties

Requirements:
• Experience in property management and knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (certification a bonus)
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Superb organization and time management – able to multitask with ease
• Tech-savviness – comfortable with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and able to learn new applications quickly
• A high level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset – ability to think on your feet
• A sense of humor and resilience – property management can be challenging, but we tackle it with a positive attitude
• A clean, full driver's license
