Job Description

This 24-hour service provides intensive care for elective and acute cases, catering to the needs of patients undergoing heart and lung transplants, LVAD implantations, and ECMO. As a Critical Care Specialist, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that delivers high-quality patient care while promoting professional growth through ongoing education and subsidized postgraduate studies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse with Annual Practicing Certificate and at least 2-3 years post-registration experience in ICU/HDU
  • Registration from Nursing Council of NZ
  • Collaboration within a multidisciplinary team and capability to work both independently and collaboratively
