We're currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our People Experience (PX) team. In this 10-12 month Fixed-Term Contractor role, you'll collaborate with our Analytics Engineer to enhance our analytics capability and drive growth in the PX Analytics function.
Duties:- Work closely with the Analytics Engineer to collect, validate, and clean data from various HR sources.
- Conduct statistical analysis using Excel, SQL, or other tools to identify trends and insights.
- Provide first-level insights and visualisations for PX business partners and the Advisory team.
- Assist in generating routine reports to monitor key Business Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Our ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. A tertiary or similar qualification in Human Resources, Statistics, Business/Data Analytics, or a related discipline would be advantageous.
