The Opportunity
We're seeking a chief technology officer who can drive innovation and inspire change within our organization. You will own the tech vision, architect, mentor, and lead our engineering team to build complex distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
Your Responsibilities
* Own and execute a long-term technology roadmap, balancing scalability, performance, and product innovation
* Architect and scale a cloud-native, microservices-based architecture that processes millions of real-time transactions per day
* Solve deep technical problems, improve database scalability, distributed caching, event-driven workflows, and latency optimization for a high-performance platform
* Drive best practices, champion code quality, security, and performance, ensuring our platform remains resilient, secure, and scalable
* Guide and influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams to shape our engineering strategy, support professional growth, and foster a culture of technical excellence
Requirements
* 10+ years of experience building high-scale distributed systems, microservices, or cloud-native applications
* Proven expertise in C#, .NET Core, NodeJS, AWS, and event-driven architectures
* Deep understanding of performance tuning, scalability, and security in modern web applications
* Exceptional communication skills, able to explain deep technical concepts to executives and turn business goals into scalable solutions
