Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking experienced and passionate Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality nursing services in the Bay of Islands. This role offers a better work-life balance, allowing you to choose your own days for on-call duties using our interactive booking app.
As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing strong clinical assessments, excellent interpersonal skills, and time management expertise. You will also have the opportunity to develop your career in a fast-paced but rewarding environment.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Registered Nurse qualification and current NZ practising certificate
- Excellent verbal communication skills, coupled with a caring nature and ability to connect and interact within a multicultural environment
- A team player who can build professional relationships
- Ability to self-direct and manage a busy workload
- Competent computer skills - email, computer-based assessments, smartphones, and tablets are used in this role
