Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Domestic Insurance Broker, where you'll work closely with our commercial brokers and admin staff to provide top-notch support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing an established domestic insurance portfolio
- Assisting clients with queries and follow-ups
- Growing and managing your client base
- Collaborating with admin teams to ensure great service delivery
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in domestic insurance (Level 5 qualification preferred)
- Confidence in talking with clients over the phone
- Strong administrative skills with an eye for detail
- A team player attitude
