The Job
As a Roster Management Specialist, you will be responsible for scheduling staff rosters, both for future requirements and at short notice, to meet client needs. You will utilize specialist workforce and rostering software to ensure accurate service delivery by the team to our clients and monitor contract KPIs.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule staff rosters to meet client requirements
  • Motivate and develop frontline teams, ensuring standard processes are followed
  • Monitor contract KPIs to ensure accurate service delivery

About You
We are looking for someone with previous experience in coordinating staff, logistics, production planning or supply chain. Some experience in a security &/or similar industry is advantageous. You must have a full clean New Zealand driving license and be able to obtain a Green COA Security License if desired.
