We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, you will play a vital role in providing support to customers (internal and external) in ensuring that all orders and delivery issues are promptly resolved with the highest level of customer service.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years' experience in Customer Services/Call Centre, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Additionally, they should be proficient in ERP systems, such as SAP and/or SalesForce, and have strong troubleshooting skills.

  • Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Ensure accurate entry of customer orders into the ERP system, including back orders if applicable.
  • Execute up-sell strategies to increase sales and expand a customer's product range within the existing customer base.
Key Qualifications
  • 3 years' experience in Customer Services/Call Centre.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
