About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a small, dynamic team where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our patients. You will be working closely with our radiology technology staff and other healthcare professionals to provide effective services for the Tairāwhiti region.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in medical imaging and diagnostic radiology, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpreting medical imaging examinations, including ultrasound, MRI, and CT scans
- Providing high-quality diagnostic services to patients, including consulting with referring clinicians and supporting the radiology technology staff

- Participating in on-call roster and being available to respond to emergencies
