About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Avionics Support Specialist to join our team at Panasonic North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for Panasonic's IFE/GCS (In Flight Entertainment/Global Communication Services) systems installed on customer aircraft.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in avionics, preferably with experience in satellite communications and network troubleshooting. They will possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills.

Main Job Responsibilities
  • Aircraft Maintenance and Support:
    • Lead maintenance teams in IFE/GCS installation and maintenance activities.
    • Resolving system issues through troubleshooting and collaboration with Panasonic experts.
