Job Overview
We're seeking a Watercare Specialist to join our Aquatics and Recreation team. As an Aquatic Assistant - Lifeguard, you'll work closely with our Learn to Swim team, assist with customer services, and contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work effectively with the Learn to Swim team to deliver exceptional aquatic services
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
- Assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and healthy environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
- Strong swimming skills and confidence in the water
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and public holidays
