About the Role

Craigs Investment Partners is seeking a highly skilled Digital Operations Coordinator to join our Digital Business team in Tauranga. This fixed-term position will run for 12 months and provides an opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Digital PMO Manager, focusing on day-to-day operations and tasks. They will assist with scheduling meetings and workshops, updating documentation, creating reports, and maintaining financials. Additionally, they will support the completion of financial administration tasks, including raising and reconciling purchase orders, processing invoices, and managing software licenses.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong time management and organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications is essential.

About You

This role would suit someone with prior administration experience, particularly within a finance or project team environment. As a positive team player, you will demonstrate initiative and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
