In this role, you will work closely with clients who experience severe distress intolerance, relationship and emotional dysregulation, and develop tailored plans to support their emotional well-being.

About the Team/Service

Our team is passionate about providing person-centred care to our clients. We emphasize open communication, teamwork, and compassion in all aspects of our work. Our experienced team leader provides regular support and guidance to ensure that we feel well-supported in our roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing individualized plans to support client emotional well-being
  • Collaborating with clients to identify and address complex emotional needs
  • Providing education and training to junior clinicians on evidence-based therapies, such as DBT
  • Contributing to team discussions and decision-making processes

Requirements

  • Relevant degree (e.g., psychology, social work)
  • Experience working with clients with complex emotional needs
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based therapies, such as DBT
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
