About the Company: R-Connect specialises in placing Healthcare Professionals in Aged Care organisations across New Zealand for temporary assignments. Our goal is to provide quality care to residents while offering a flexible working arrangement for our workers.

What We Offer: As a Healthcare Assistant with R-Connect, you will gain a broad range of experience and deliver quality care to residents. You will be prompted when a temp vacancy is available, and you will only need to accept this when you are available. Some duties include but are not limited to: Report to the charge nurse and complete delegated tasks in a timely mannerResidents' personal care tasks i.e.
hygiene, grooming, toiletingIncluding mobilising, shaving, brushing of teeth and hairMaintain documents in resident healthcare records

Skills and Experience: You need to be a New Zealand Citizen/Resident or have open work visa conditionsNew Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing level 3 or 4 preferredAged care experience requiredPeople skills with empathy for the elderly and their familiesGood written and verbal communication skillsThe flexibility to work on a rostered shift basis
