  • Strong understanding of construction and building codes.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Clean MOJ Check.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • Good communication skills to interact with other trades.
