About the Role

We are looking for a talented Research Support Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Strategic Planning and Engagement team, you will be responsible for managing research performers' requests and queries to support their computing needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update and track research performers' utilisation in a timely and organized manner by establishing systematic reporting and billing structure and working closely with internal teams e.g. TechOps and Finance.
  • Collate figures and statistics, perform simple analysis and produce summary reports for management review and committee meetings.

Requirements
  • Exceptional communication both written and verbal, with the ability to listen and understand complex technology jargons.
  • Strong organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills.
