Maori Engagement Coordinator

We are seeking a Maori Engagement Coordinator to join our Regional Operations Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with community groups and stakeholders to support them to grow their understanding of Treaty partnerships and support conservation outcomes. The successful candidate will have a passion for conservation and a desire to make a difference. You will also have knowledge of te reo me ona tikanga Maori and be able to communicate effectively with whanau, hapu, and iwi.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with community groups and stakeholders to support them to grow their understanding of Treaty partnerships and support conservation outcomes.
  • Support staff in the region to increase their cultural competency.
