Māori Cultural Competency Transition Advisor

We are looking for a motivated individual who has a genuine passion for supporting rangatahi to achieve their goals and aspirations.
- This includes providing practical, emotional, mentor support and skill development to rangatahi as per transition plans.
The successful candidate will also bring with them a Bachelor Degree in Social Work or Youth Work, current professional body registration, and 4+ years' experience in social work, youth services or a similar type of role.
