You will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive fast and efficient service at the checkout, making sure they feel valued and supported throughout their shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customers have a positive shopping experience
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their queries
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards
  • Be proactive in loss prevention and take initiative to prevent shoplifting and other forms of theft
