Your Role

We're seeking an experienced landscaper with leadership skills to join our team. As a Garden Design and Maintenance Specialist, you'll play a key role in creating beautiful outdoor environments for our homeowners.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out hard and soft landscaping tasks, including planting, paving, concreting, decking, fencing, etc.
  • Operate tools and small machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Lead onsite landscaping projects and guide team members.
  • Assist with site prep, deliveries, drainage, and general construction tasks.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and productive worksite.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' landscaping experience (residential preferred).
  • Confident with both softscaping and hardscaping.
  • Class 1 full driver's license (Class 2 & WTR a bonus).
  • Experience operating small diggers and skid steers.
  • A 'can-do' attitude, team focus, and strong work ethic.
  • Leadership qualities and solid communication skills.
  • Physically fit and ready for hands-on work.
