Karen Walker International is seeking a highly skilled and energetic Senior Sales Associate to join our high-performing teams at our Newmarket and Ponsonby Boutiques in Auckland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining store operations.
About The Role:
The successful candidate will report to the Store Managers and collaborate with the team to ensure all KPIs and metrics are met. They will also embody all areas of brand ambassadorship with a demonstrated passion for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively utilise CRM strategy to engage, develop and maintain interactions with our community while building a strong network of clients.
- Consistently strive to overachieve set sales budgets and KPIs.
- Use product knowledge and internal training tools to maximise and drive sales.
About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Associate or similar role who possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, organisational and time management skills, competency in Microsoft Suite and POS systems including inventory management software, and attention to detail.
