Role Summary:

We are looking for motivated individuals to help us restore Mangaonua Gully to its natural state. As a volunteer, you will play a crucial role in removing invasive species, planting native vegetation, and educating others about the importance of conservation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Remove invasive vines and weeds from the gully
  2. Plant native shrubs and trees in the winter months
  3. Educate others about the project and its goals
  4. Participate in group meetings and decision-making processes

Requirements:

  • Physical fitness and stamina to participate in outdoor activities
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
