Customer Service Excellence Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our Swarovski team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and leading a high-performing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. You will also be expected to contribute to the development and implementation of sales and service plans, goals, and targets.
We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual who is committed to excellence and has a desire to learn and grow with our company. If you have a passion for fashion, jewelry, and delivering outstanding customer experiences, we want to hear from you.
About the role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers
- Supporting the recruitment, coaching, and motivation of the team to drive business results
- Collaborating with the store management team to develop and implement sales and service plans, goals, and targets
- Facilitating the on-boarding process for new team members, ensuring a smooth transition into their role
About you
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years' experience working in a multi-cultural retail environment, preferably in a luxury or fashion brand
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a focus on developing and empowering team members
- Digital proficiency and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- A WINNING PERSONALITY WITH EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS, ABILITY TO BUILD TRUSTFUL RELATIONSHIPS WITH COLLEAGUES AND CUSTOMERS
