About the Role:
As a highly skilled Landscaping Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of high-end outdoor spaces. You will have a proven track record in landscape construction or building and possess excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hardscape and Softscape Installation: Set out and install structures such as retaining walls, gravel areas, concrete, paving, fences, decks, trellises, pergolas, BBQ areas, and more.
- Lawn and Turf Preparation: Prepare areas for lawns by spreading topsoil, planting grass, and laying instant turf.
- Irrigation Systems: Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure efficient watering.
- Client Coordination: Communicate effectively with Project Managers to ensure customer expectations are met and timelines are adhered to.
- Quality Control: Read and interpret construction documentation, ensuring that all work meets design specifications and quality standards.
- Safety Standards: Adhere to safety protocols, maintain a clean and organised work site, and ensure team members work in a safe environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven background in high-end landscape construction or building.
- An eye for detail and a commitment to producing top-tier work that meets the aesthetic and functional needs of clients.

- Effective communication skills to interact with clients, project managers, and team members.
