Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Advanced Technical Lecturer in Electrical. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and assessing high-quality learning programmes in Electrical Installations or Electrotechnical across various levels of further education, apprenticeships, or T-level provision.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Delivery and assessment of learning programmes
  • Programme leadership, tutorial, and administration duties

Key Requirements:

  • Strong background in Electrical installation and the Built Environment
  • Proven track record of professional/vocational expertise in Electrical installation for Domestic and Commercial settings
  • Suitable qualifications in relevant built environment electrical installation, inspection, and testing at L3 minimum (AM2 or similar)
  • Post-16 teaching qualification and English and maths qualifications at level 2 or willingness to achieve these within an agreed timeframe
  • Experience of effective programme leadership in FE, HE, and/or Apprenticeships
