The Role: Ecological Conservation Specialist
You will be on the frontlines of protecting New Zealand's native species as an Ecological Conservation Specialist. Using methods like trapping and toxin deployment, you will help safeguard biosecurity and restore native species.
Every day is different, presenting new challenges and opportunities to learn. We will equip you with NZQA qualifications, hands-on skills, and the chance to grow your career with an industry leader making a real impact.
Working Hours and Location: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at our Otago base in Mosgiel. You will frequently travel to operational sites across the South Island, experiencing New Zealand off the beaten track.
In this role, you will stay away from the base for extended periods, with accommodation and meals provided.
