The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst at Serko, you will play a crucial role in extracting, analysing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights that support data-driven decision-making.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Extract, analyse, and interpret data to provide valuable insights that support data-driven decision-making.
  • Apply statistical techniques to analyse data, extracting meaningful and actionable insights that drive business value.
  • Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for decision-makers.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports summarising key findings and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations and insights.
  • Utilise tools like Databricks, SQL, and PySpark to extract and process data from Serko's Snowflake database.
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy through data cleaning and validation processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualisation tools such as Power BI.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms, preferably Snowflake.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations and best practices in data management.
