Your Role

We are currently recruiting for a Grocery Team Member to join our team at our Alexandra store. This role involves working on our shopfloor, assisting customers with their queries, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and collecting trolleys.
  • Assisting with stock replenishment and processing transactions accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail or hospitality is an advantage but not essential.
  • You should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and stand for long periods.
