About the Role:
- Drive business development and strategic planning initiatives to translate scientific discoveries into commercial solutions.
- Develop and implement effective project management strategies to support the incubation and start-up of high-potential projects.
- Collaborate with researchers to advance their projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Manage and protect intellectual property rights, reviewing technology disclosures and advising on patent filing strategies.
- Lead negotiations with partners and manage alliances to drive business growth and expansion.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in biomedical science, life science, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry.
- Proven track record in business development, strategic planning, and project management.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and solve complex challenges.
