**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Assistant to join our team at Evolve Rehabilitation in Gisborne. As a key member of our residential team, you will be responsible for carrying out client rehabilitation plans, empowering clients to complete daily tasks with oversight, direct assistance, or prompting as required.

You will report on client progress, supporting them to participate in various activities and assisting with personal care. Your role will contribute to the smooth operation of our residential facility, providing a positive experience for our clients.

**Required Skills and Experience**

  • Possessing a polite and friendly manner, with a focus on providing excellent customer service
  • Holding a NZQA qualification or studying towards a certificate in Health & Wellbeing
  • Having a good command of the English language, both written and oral
  • Posessing a clean and current full driver's license
  • Being able to make independent decisions and work effectively alongside others
  • Demonstrating excellent self-management and time management skills
