About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Surveying Technician to join our team in Rotorua. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for preparing scheme plans, conducting land transfer and spatial surveys, and being involved in land development engineering and design.

This role offers variety with field and office-based components, making it an ideal position for someone who enjoys a challenge and wants to be part of a growing multi-disciplinary team.

We have a wide range of projects that you will be involved in, from small to medium scale commercial and rural developments, through to large scale residential subdivisions.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare scheme plans and conduct land transfer and spatial surveys
  • Be involved in land development engineering and design
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve project goals
